Final Pinhole Negatives
These are the best outcomes for the pinhole photography negative images to be used in the triptych, with their positive versions beneath the negatives. The first is the self-portrait, the second is "Where the Eye Cannot Go", and the third is the duration theme.
In this first photograph I am simply kneeling on a normal day, going about my business. My ankh necklace is visible between my legs, but only upon a high resolution photograph. I was feeling pensive on this particular occasion, and quite like myself, which the photograph demonstrates.
In this photograph for "Where the Eyes Cannot Go", a pentagram image, the symbol of the four "Aristotlean" elements, Earth, Air, Fire, Water as well as Spirit, can be seen. This image would not normally be something the human eye knowingly sees; however, in the respect of a photograph, it almost appears that the pentagram is the eye itself, looking back at us.
This image was made with the Greek Goddess Hekate or Hecate in mind, triple aspected deity of magick, medicine, and mystery. It was made by turning my head in three different directions, and holding still for short periods of time, about 10 seconds on the left, and the right, and 20 in the middle. I am not actually smiling but it appears as if I am. Hail Hekate/Hecate!
