Between Time, Light and Recovery

These images depict a personal place metaphorically, spiritually, and physically. The only self-portrait that seemed photogenic was taken when mentally doing mantra. It wasn't a great day, but represents how the retirement into spiritual practices can be a source of grounding, especially during times of turmoil. This can be achieved by chanting:
